Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at sales.canadianmfg@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange and Return Conditions
- We will only accept items for exchange within 7 days from receipt of delivery, provided that the item is still available. If not, you may exchange it for another item.
- Items to be returned should be in their original condition — intact and packed with the original packaging and accessories.
- The shipping fee will be shouldered by you and must be settled before shipping.
- Items eligible for exchange are those with damage or incorrectly delivered items.
- Items damaged after washing are not acceptable. Please make sure to carefully read the care instructions prior to washing.
- We do not allow refunds. Online purchases are eligible for online store credit or an exchange only.
- Items purchased at “Sale” are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges from any of our third-party vendors and retail partners. Kindly contact them directly for your return and exchange concerns.
Will the item for exchange be replaced immediately?
Upon receiving your damaged item, our team will evaluate and confirm whether it is acceptable for exchange. This process may take 2-5 business days. You may follow up on the status via e-mail at sales.canadianmfg@gmail.com.
